Due to the nature of the New Business Packages, we are unable to upgrade the plan at a later date. We recommend speaking with an advisor prior to submitting your request for services to ensure you are selecting the best Business Package from the beginning.

If you'd like to add Additional Services later on, those services will be billed individually.

Yes, after one year.

Registered agent services are included for the first year anytime you start a new business with us. After that period, you can continue using us or choose another registered agent.

There is a fee of $125 for changing registered agent services mid-year.
